Ocean View One Bedroom Suite: Our 1BR Suites are spacious and artistically furnished. They feature one bedroom, a living room & dining area, and an ocean view terrace facing the magical turquoise Caribbean Sea, a view which can be enjoyed from the hammock or the dining table & chairs.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Cancun International Airport take highway 307 drive South towards Playa del Carmen, approximately 30 miles, arriving in Playa, turn left onto Avenida Constituyenes Avenue, follow this avenue until 1st Avenue (last before beach), turn right (onto 1rst Avenue), drive tree blocks until 12ths street and turn left , drive one block and turn left on 1rst Avenue Bis. We are located in the middle of the block on the right side.

TRANSPORTATION
As we are environmental friendly we recommend shuttle buses (minivans) through Green line at the airport which run regularly (every hour, around the clock) from the airport. They will drive you directly to the hotel you indicate. We can also provide round trip provide transportation

Located on the Continental Region with Sub Tropical weather, the average annual temperature ranges from 77°F (25C) to 86°F (30C). Cenote water temperature for snorkeling or diving is around 76°F (24°C) year-round. Offshore water temperatures range from 78°F (26°C) in January to 84°F (29°C) in August. May through November is the rainy season.
